cover to our next issue of Batman: Detective Comics-

batman takes on the madhatter and the wonderland folks!

hell, it surprised me more than anyone when DC let me pass this as a cover. I am a HUMONGOUS fan of guys like rackham and dulac, not only were they genius storybook illustrators, but their technique and style always amazed me and pushed me to do more.

anyway... it was too obvious i'd refer back to the original Alice in wonderland " mad tea party " for this one.

Oh dear.

To be honest the Batman Mythos have always been quite weird anyway so really, I don't think this image/story would be too out of place anyway.
