this one's probably my favorite of the issue, more so than any splash because it really is the tie in for the entire story.

its where the original ventriloquist meets the new one for the first time- and dini does it amazingly.

as far as inks, once in a while where we introduce a new character or material that Derek

and i haven't done together before, we work it out and see what works. sometimes we're deadlined like crazy and theres no time for talking. good thing our job only requires drawing! haha ( not even reading sometimes!)

so i just ink one of hte heads or whatever and derek is one of those amazingly versatile inkers that can just look at something and lead it into his own.

anyway, this is a bad example of it since its pretty simple/.
