this drawing initially started with just 4 redheads, but the layout kept looking off balance to me so i kept adding more and more girls. before i knew it, i was at 11 so i had to stop. and it still looks off balanced.
i realize group shots like this usually raise the conversations of "you forgot her and her" or" why's her costume this and that" and the obligatory drapes and carpet question. come on guys. also! this will be one of 3 prints available at the NYCC show next month [link] at 22" x 15". 15 x 22 watercolor on 300lb hotpress+ photoshop -edit- if you guys are interested in the process for this: [link] |
